Never met a more self serving manulaputive person. Was very difficult to communicate with and never answered the phone. Kept calling me a liar when it came to income from a job I had for 10 years. Was not punctual and I had to change closing dates 2 times. And to top it off she made me pay nearly 2% of points to bring me to an interest rate of 7.6. Mortgage rates haven't been up to 9%. She called me abusive when I questioned why my interest rate was so high. Beware of her manuliputive tricks you will end up paying too much

I could not recommend Dottie & Fairway enough. Absolute gem Dottie is; beyond helpful, professional, responsive, transparent & so incredibly kind. Dottie & Fairway made our home purchase honestly feel like a breeze. If you need a loan officer you can trust & enjoy your time with 100% you've found the right person & place.

Dottie was fantastic to work with!! We were buying our first home & weren't working with any realtors and I had no clue what I was doing, but Dottie made the whole process so easy. I would highly recommend!!
