Very disappointed. Your staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly!!!
The staff was incredibly rude. They didn’t greet me and even threw the item at me after purchase. If you don’t want to work there don’t. At least be polite and don’t give judgemental looks.
Very rude staff… not welcoming environment… rude in service and rude at the checkout….. hope management addresses these issues and provides additional customer service training to ensure a better experience for future customers
I am writing to share a concern regarding customer service at your Woden store. Today on 31 March at around 11.30 am, I had an unpleasant interaction with one of the cashiers. When I asked about the brown jacket which was only one left on the display I asked her to check if you have another one in the same colour and same size left . She seems annoy she complian that the people keep coming to ask her the same thing and she asks me "Do you want 2 of them ?"
