I have been in this store a few times over the last fortnight and not once have I been greeted or acknowledged. Today I went in and didn’t find what I was looking for, staff didn’t even look at me let alone ask if I needed help. Instead they were talking about some tv show, there were piles of clothes not put away and the store was a bit of a mess.
I had such a great in-store experience, the store environment was lovely and I was provided with such incredible help, care and advice by store member, Ray, they were incredible, walking me through things that could work for the event I was going to, options, and had the most kind and thoughtful customer service, 10/10!
Didn't find what we wanted , staff sat back watched.
