I wasnt shopping at Dotti for a couple years, as I didnt think I could due to age (40s) and weight. Lost weight and realised stuff it, I love their clothes, 40s or not! Ive recently shopped there about 10 times since December. The girls are very welcoming, I have noticed the customer service has really upped a notch; the staff welcomed me on all occassions, told me the sales that were on, offered me assistance when needed and also gave me their names and introduced themselves. I went there for two times for a refund and said that system is down for refunds with the migration to MYOB.It has been more than two weeks and still IT team can not fix this.This is extremely annoying. Never want to go there

I went in today to get a dress I saw online (did not want to pay express delivery charges). Mia was so helpful and kind. That dress is not available in store yet but she placed the online order for me and it will now be delivered to my address without any hassle. 5 stars for Mia!
