Kind and attentive staff. She took the time to help me find the right size and treated me very kindly and I never felt rushed, even though there was already a queue of people arriving just before the shop closed.
I had such a great experience shopping with Nicolina at Dotti. She went out of her way to help me find beautiful outfits at really great prices and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Her eye for style and genuine willingness to help made such a difference. I’ll definitely be back thanks to her amazing customer service!
Whilst making my purchase there, got asked 3 times, if I have a Myers card?. 3 times I had to answer the young girl serving me, NO, no and no!. Then she proceeded to ask me if I'm having a bad day!?..Seriously, so blatantly rude!. Get better staff, I won't be spoken to like that as a loyal customer of Dotties.
