Fantastic customer service at this store. I was assisted by the lovely Natalie who was so amazing and thoughtful. She took the time to place a stool in my change room so that my backpack didn't have to go on the floor. Seems like a small thing to do, right? Yep. But it's those little things that add up to excellent service and customer experience. Thank you Natalie. Your love of your job shines through in your customer interactions.
Excellent customer service, the sales assistant ( Natalie) went above and beyond! She looked after my mum and me so well! Made trying everything on so much fun and spent so much time trying to help my mum find the perfect top! Greatly appreciate her extra effort
