Shocking customer service by the Manager. I had asked a lovely young assistant to kindly hold $250 worth of clothing for less than 48 hrs. On my return a very embarrassed assistant advised that the store manager had put it all back into circulation for the sale. Luckily I managed to locate some of the items in my size. Had I have, had more time to buy said outfit for an event- I would not have spent a penny in this store. As it was, The sale was over $200 that they almost missed out on. Horrible self centred staff. Constantly judging customers and turning their nose up. Absolutely disgusting.
Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. I really appreciated how helpful Ally was in helping me find the right outfit. Her acceptance to of someone who is transgender was unbelievably affirming. I felt very welcome at Dotti during the whole shopping experience.
