I shop in Dotti Robina regularly and Natalie is absolutely amazing - Natalie is professional, friendly, approachable, kind and caring. She is always so helpful with any questions I have and I always feel valued and important as a customer. Her customer service is always exceptional. I have met Dawn once in the Robina shop and she was so wonderful - so lovely and helpful. Staff in other clothing stores can be unfriendly, abrupt and judgemental.
