Went shopping today good service the staff there was really friendly but there was buy was get one half price offer and she literally forced us to buy one more item when we refused multiple times we declined to buy the second item more than 7 times but the item was sold forcefully which i believe shouldn't happen. offering an item when there is a sale is really good but when clearly refused 7 8 times they should respect our decision
I had an good experience at Dotti in Parra. Huge shout-out to Vicky for being an exceptional help for picking out what suited me best!!
Worse customer service the girl with blond hair was rude with me . As a customer service you have to be polite not angry with customer.i asked the polite way do you have tshirts? She said over there with angry tone.never I will buy again there
Thank you Vicky for your exceptional customer service and assistance. Genuine and honest, never pushy. She listened to my preferences and need, recommending accordingly. We had a pleasant small chat and she's always engaging and smiling. All the best with your endeavours and I hope this review will be seen and recognised by management.
I walked into the store a bit unsure of what I was looking for, but Yeshika made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She was kind, patient, and had a great eye for what suited me. Thanks to her, I found outfits I absolutely love! and shoutout to the whole team for being so warm and welcoming. The customer service here is truly fantastic! 🙏🏼
