I was helped today by Shelley - long dark hair and gorgeous eyes - and I have to say she was an absolutely beautiful soul, she was so encouraging even when I felt a bit down trying things on, she showered me with compliments and was so genuine. Absolute peak customer service.

It's the only Dotti store I shop at. The girls are always welcoming and non-judgemental. I get very stressed when I shop, but I always feel safe at this one. Shout out to Shelley! You're an angel!
Fantastic staff, beautiful designs. However, their dresses are at least 2 sizes down. And their highest size is 18, that even almost AU size 14-16 and not available other than online. So if you need a bigger size, it's not your place, unfortunately
