Dotti, Colonnades is a beautiful and friendly store, made even more so by amazing staff member, Taylor (hopefully spelt right)!! Not only was Taylor helpful and kind when placing items on hold for me, and answering my questions about returns, but was considerate enough to offer holds beyond the day I suggested in case it wasn't suitable. This customer care is incredible, and I felt so happy chatting to Taylor both over the phone and in-store! :)

Had a really great experience with Neesh on Thursday 12/12/24 I called store to see if they had a dress I was after, your system said no but she still had a look on the shop floor and luckily she found one. I came in later in the evening to purchase and Neesh was so friendly. Excellent customer service skills, super helpful, an asset to your stores. I hope Neesh gets the positive feedback. 🥰
