Today I went to a tree plaza store to try on a pair of jeans. I asked for another size and went back to the change room to try it on. When I checked, I noticed there was a yellow stain on the jeans. I politely asked the staff member if she could get me another one, but she replied, “I just gave you a new one,” and handed me another pair with a sarcastic smile, saying, “Do you want to look at another one too?” Even though I remained polite, I honestly felt like the customer experience was disappointing.
I’ve always had great experiences in Dotti TTP. The staff are always lovely and welcoming!! Today, I had Charlotte look after me and her bubbly personality and happy smile was just what I needed today. She was working alone and still managed to come over to the change rooms and asked if anyone needed help! This does not happen in other stores!! I will be back! Thank you Charlotte xxxx
Had an amazing experience, staff were super sweet and so helpful. While shopping Eve was immensely helpful with helping with what clothes wok well together. All was going amazingly until I went to check out, there was just not enough staff and the line was lining up so far. I would 100% go back, they have great customer service and are incredibly easy to get along with.
I went in today and sales assistant Jess was very helpful in finding me some knit jumpers and a coat for my upcoming trip to Melbourne. Very pleased with the service provided!
Went in today and scored some good basics. Charlotte the assistant manager was so lovely. Will definitely come back again
