Hi Dotti, I just wanted to make you aware of an interaction I had with your staff member at the loganholme store. I am 42 and to be spoken to with comments such as “ this top is good for women of your age” I feel is really unempowering and also deflating for anyone buying a basic tshirt!! Please do better! Especially in this cost of living crisis, shopping is sometimes a luxury not a necessity
Super helpful and friendly team. I came in after I ordered the wrong size dresses online. They helped me find my right size, one dress was exchanged. The other dress wasn't in stock at their store, they offered to order it for me. 5 star service, and the second dress arrived quickly (I could wear it as planned yay!). Thank you
I enjoyed my time coming into Dotti today. It was a walk in and casually look at the clothes on sale. There was plenty on sale which was very nice. The store was kept very clean and it easy to walk around. We were asked if we needed any help which was a delight. Definitely going to come back.
Romena helped my partner, to find clothes for a up coming out door wedding, work and causal occassions, with very good fitment accuarcy. It has made our shopping experience such better experience 🙂 do recommend 👍👍
I went in on Sunday 26th march 2023 looking for something for a beach wedding in May. The girl who was on the floor was fantastic the best service I have had in a clothing store in a long time. Being a little older I usually get ignored or treated as if nothing would suit me. However I came away with not 1 but 3 items. Thank you I'm sorry I forgot to get her name.
