Feeling being watched and uncomfortable
A huge thanks Ayah Ismail who works at Dotti Liverpool great customer service. I only went in to buy one item. I ended up walking out with six items me and my daughter absolutely adored her such a sweet girl I remember it was during the month of Ramadan not only was she fasting the whole day she had her food behind the counter and she made it clear that her manager was okay with it to every customer she was alone and the store was very busy but she's still managed had to come back to ask for her name on thursday and i just n... read more
Just wanted to say a huge Thankyou to Joanne the lovely shop assistant who helped me with my purchase today for my daughter. Truly the best retail shopping experience I’ve ever had. She was soo kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back in store to buy more items. Highly recommend coming here. 🙏.
I popped in today quickly to have a look & Joanne was very helpful (which is rare in retail stores these days) she actually made the effort to look for a size I was after & assisted me instead of brushing me away 😀
I came in yesterday to return a skirt that was too short for me and the experience was honestly shocking. I stood at the counter for about two minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, when literally two of their staff were standing behind the counter, back facing me. When I first got to the counter, I said hello and one of the ladies turned around, said something in Arabic to her coworker and they both started giggling. It felt rude and dismissive.
