I popped in today quickly to have a look & Joanne was very helpful (which is rare in retail stores these days) she actually made the effort to look for a size I was after & assisted me instead of brushing me away 😀
I came in yesterday to return a skirt that was too short for me and the experience was honestly shocking. I stood at the counter for about two minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, when literally two of their staff were standing behind the counter, back facing me. When I first got to the counter, I said hello and one of the ladies turned around, said something in Arabic to her coworker and they both started giggling. It felt rude and dismissive. A huge thank you to Lana who helped me finding a skirt. She went beyond and above for going through different boxes to get it for me. Not everyone would go through the trouble to help out. Really appreciate it Lana. Saved me time traveling far. Thank you and the lady who’s on the same shift with Lana is beautiful too. So welcoming. Wish they stocked more sales items :)
