Great service
Today I been to dotti which is located in Sunshine Coast- kawana, to buy some dress. I try them on me as well. And when I came for check out, the lady in front office wasn’t nice to me. She didn’t say Hi, hello — straight way she asked: “where is blue dress” the way she asked me, it’s sounds like I am trying to stole her dress but I did hang that dress in her store. Had a great experience today in Dotti, had a lady called Leanna helping me and she was very kind with swapping out sizes and bringing me alternative items that were suitable for upcoming events. Thanks again
Great service at the Buddina store, I was looking for a Denim jacket and saw a really nice one there with 30% off. Bonus🙂 There wasn’t my size on the rack but the Assistant instantly went to the store room and found my size. It fit perfectly and was a great price. No complaints here🙌🙂 Really helpful staff🙏
Dotti is one of my favourite stores, I always find what I need with the help of the amazing staff at Kawana. Massive shout out to Sam who helped me today to find something I would feel confident in for an event this weekend.
