Staff are friendly and helpful but it’s a difficult store to navigate. Stock is often crammed in and items are placed on incorrect racks. On my recent visit, items I had bought to the counter weren’t actually on sale, even though they were on the sale racks.
I always shop at this dotti and I have never experienced this before. The staff at evening hours on Thursday had a very passive aggressive behaviour and when asked where to hang the clothes after trying she seemed too agitated and snatch the clothes from me.
Thanks to Sarah who is amazing! She helped me find two gorgeous outfits (pants, top, jacket and a dress), with styling advice, to wear to some upcoming events. Sarah could not have been more helpful and was not pushy.
I had the most loveliest helpful staff member help me out with some options and advice at the Innaloo store. The receipt says served by Susana. I hope I have mentioned the right person as she made my day.
