Seeing numerous complaints about customer service but the lady who helped me compelte a return this morning was nothing but patient, understanding, courteous, and professional as I fumbled through numerous stages of my own technical incompetency.
Customer service was terrible!!! I was overcharged for two items, when I went back to the store the next day and asked for the difference, the girl said she can't actually do anything about it. I even showed her the the items that were clearly labelled at a lower price than the prices on the reciept. The sales person kept making up some excuses about how the system doesn't let her do anything about it.
