I came in today with some left over Christmas/ birthday money and wasn’t sure if I wanted any anything. But I was served by the most amazing sales assistant. Dotti isn’t usually a store I shop in but I felt so comfortable and appreciated by the sale assistant. I ended up leaving with a lot more than I intended. The sales receipt said cam. This assistant deserves all the appreciation cause they made my shopping experience great. Will be back.
Friendly staff member offered assistance without my having to ask, even whilst busy, she even searched for my size in system without prompt. Not pushy or insincere she offered me genuine, efficient assistance. Top marks from me.
