Friendly staff member offered assistance without my having to ask, even whilst busy, she even searched for my size in system without prompt. Not pushy or insincere she offered me genuine, efficient assistance. Top marks from me.

Seeing numerous complaints about customer service but the lady who helped me compelte a return this morning was nothing but patient, understanding, courteous, and professional as I fumbled through numerous stages of my own technical incompetency.
Customer service was terrible!!! I was overcharged for two items, when I went back to the store the next day and asked for the difference, the girl said she can't actually do anything about it. I even showed her the the items that were clearly labelled at a lower price than the prices on the reciept. The sales person kept making up some excuses about how the system doesn't let her do anything about it. Customer service no good. Visited today and the sales girl was not helpful . I asked her to get a top for me which was unreachable. Made me feel like it's a favour for me!!!! She Had no idea about fashion. I asked her for a matching top and showed me a tops which is about 3 times my size long sleeve baggy .. no idea about style!!
