I recently visited Dotti clothing shop at DFO Homebush and the service given by all the staff members was amazing. They help me and my daughter to choose fitting clothes and matching clothes. The lady named Monica personality help us a lot.There were beautiful modest designs for any age and price was reasonable. Highly recommend for anyone doing shopping in DFO Homebush.
i am very disappointed because of one staff who wearing hijab she is very rude and don’t know how to respect and deal with customers. i just want to exchange my dress but she is very rude she just screamed me
The manager and young women who work is this store are AMAZING!!! I went in desperate for a coat for a wedding and they went above and beyond helping and advising me. Even when my size was not available they worked really hard to find a store that had it in stock for me. recommend going to this store above others as they are all fabulous, and the clothes are great and reasonable priced Thanks for your help ladies!! Will be back to buy more asap 🥰
I wanted to share my disappointment regarding an interaction I had with your staff during my recent visit. My 10-month-old son briefly grabbed a piece of paper, and I noticed two employees reacting in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. One staff member, dressed in black, made faces and discussed the situation with another staff member who had blue-colored hair.
