Really nice workers , she pulled a stool out for me when I had to stand! Just with the clothes the ankle area in the jeans are too short, but that's for a tall woman but workers are very kind
Shoutout to the girls at Dotti for making my experience in store nothing but amazing!!! They assisted with absolutely everything possible, as well as giving me the best advice. They knew all the stock in store inside out, and explained all the different fits of all items. Will be returning back very soon!

The staff were very helpful when I was there on Boxing Day, considering how busy it was. Had great customer service.
I was served by the lovely Ava at Highpoint Dotti. She was an absolute ANGEL in handling a fiddly exchange I presented her with on New Year’s Day (after a what I’m sure was a hectic Christmas season in retail!!). Without hesitation she checked for sizes out the back, searched the system like a pro, all while displaying incredibly kind customer service. Ava is a legend!
