I went there last week to get a shirt, but i need to wear it now and it was not so wrinkle but also needed ironing, after purchasing i asked if they can quickly steam it, and they were more than happy to help and said ofcourse and did it straight away, thank you ladies. Then they Complimented the shirt on me and it honestly made my day thank you so so so much
Unprofessional staff ! Liked a dress online and went in to Geelong store today to try it on. The shop attendant paid no attention, no greeting and I was basically ignored. I thought may be she is just having a bad day but then entered a "white couple" and they were greeted promptly and were asked how could she help them. I of course left without buying anything !
I was helped today by a truly helpful, lovely salesperson named Antoinette, she made the return of an item so easy and was extremely helpful in the purchase of a replacement. Dotti Geelong is a great store with lots of stock made even better by such a happy, efficient salesperson.
The store has a great selection of clothing and the sore is very clutter free and organised. Special shoutout to their very friendly staff member Sarah who was absolutely lovely and very helpful. She made what I normally find a stressful experience exceedingly enjoyable.
Sarah and Amie were so helpful and patient when I was trying on several pairs of jeans. A special mention also to Tiffany and Jasmine from the Highpoint store who were so helpful over the phone and Stephanie from the Greensborough store too. It is so difficult to shop by yourself or with a little one and these ladies were so helpful. It is really hard to find consistent service like this from one retail brand.
