Our recent visit to your store was very disappointing due to the behaviour of the staff member who served us. During checkout, the staff member showed clear impatience and frustration when we were asked to spell our name. We recently visited this store to purchase a couple of pairs of jeans, and unfortunately our experience with customer service was disappointing. The staff member assisting us seemed visibly frustrated and impatient, especially during checkout. Today I had the loveliest young woman look after me in dotti. I should have asked her name but I hope she knows who she is ( she has short hair) I havnt bought new dresses since becoming very unwell and was feeling so sad trying stuff on. She was so sweet and kind and helpful and it really made the whole experience warm and happy. That little bit of kindness goes a long way. I hope u see this.
