I just wanted to thank the girls at Dotti Fountain Gate for your customer service today. Very helpful and gave great fashion advice. Sam helped me find an outfit for my birthday party today that I love and feel great in. She even went out the back and finish my look with a pair of boots. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
I visited on 19/05/2026 at approximately 4:50 PM, and I was extremely shocked by the level of customer service I experienced from the two employees working at the time. There was no greeting upon entering the store, and despite being the only customers present, we were completely ignored throughout our visit. As a previous Dotti employee myself, I know this is far below the standard of service staff are trained to provide. Very rude staff. I ended up not buying because of that customer service lady behaviour.
My best friend told me about a wonderful retail assistant, Sam. Who helped her choose a birthday outfit and was even a shoulder to cry on when my friend got overwhelmed. I am very thankful she was there for my friend when I wasn’t available. Thank you Sam!
On Friday 20th February 2026 at 7:13pm I walked out of Dotti due to lack of customer service and disrespectful behaviour. One of the female employees who had a high bun with glasses was extremely rude. I asked her for help with taking off a dress from the top racks and she turned around gave us a horrible look.
