I had a really nice experience at this Dotti yesterday! Emmy and Fatima were both so sweet and friendly and helped me with my clothes to the change room and checked in often if I needed a different size or any help! Really happy with my purchases too!
Disappointing experience. The staff member who served me, a woman with light-coloured hair, was rude and condescending and not very helpful. The store had an unpleasant smell and appeared poorly maintained. The counter and change rooms were full of dust. Overall, the store did not feel clean or welcoming.
Please ensure your staff provide friendly and respectful service, as I experienced an interaction today that felt a bit unwelcoming, particularly with one of the female staff members (She's very rude). I’m not sure if my appearance at the time, coming straight from work wearing work boots and with untidy hair, may have influenced the way I was treated. I also noticed similar concerns mentioned in previous reviews.
Kristi was very rude. She was talking back and was not ready to help. Izy on the other hand was friendly.
