I’ve been visiting this Dotti store at DFO for over 7 years and have always loved the customer service — the staff were friendly, helpful, and made shopping enjoyable. But recently, the experience has completely changed. It seems there is a new manager, and unfortunately she is extremely rude and unwelcoming.
