I walked in to the shop early afternoon, I was the only customer in the shop. There were 3(?) staff members chatting near the change rooms. I walked all around the shop looking for a specific item. Not once was I acknowledged. I found what I was looking for however I walked out without purchasing. The customer service was mon existent. I will never go back into that store again because I don't appreciate being ignored Very poor form on the part of the staff there…
Thank you Anita for your great help on Friday 13th. My husband and I had been to every store in Erina looking for a dress for me for a wedding we have been invited to, and I not only found the perfect one with your help but walked out with two others as well. A great friendly and helpful store. 😁👏
Perfect service we needed an outfit for a special event we went to countless stores and left unsatisfied until arriving at Dotti the sales person showed amazing service we will definitely be returning on future
I am a size 16 - 18 I have been in lots of ladies clothes stores in erina been looked up and down and not even spoken to . I was so grateful for the beautiful lady working in dotti on Tuesday 5 th August she helped me get a beautiful dress that fit perfectly. So grateful 😊 thank you
Just visited there and got couple of lovely dresses. Thanks so much to lovely Aimee and also her colleague which unfortunately I don’t know her name. These ladies were so nice, polite and welcoming.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Definitely will be their usual customer!
