09/07 afternoon Walked around the whole store didn’t get acknowledged once ended up leaving and not buying anything
Very disappointing customer service this morning (12/06). Whilst I walked around the entire store without being acknowledged once by the 2 staff members behind the counter, they were having a loud conversation about how they didn’t want to work with another staff member and how that staff member is the worst. Very unprofessional conversation to be having with customers in the store. Disappointing.
A huge shout out to Jess at eaton fair Dotti😄 Needed help finding a dress for a wedding and breast feeding friendly. Jess went above and beyond to help me. Really appreciate it 😄
Bree was godsend when helping me as someone who had absolutely no idea what they wanted I can’t thank her enough for her recommendations honestly she did so well and was friendly throughout the interaction despite my indecision and insecurities highly recommend going to her while doing your shopping
A huge thank you to Anne. One of the new employees at Dotti Eaton fair shopping centre. With Anne’s first rate level of customer service and her cheerful personality I left Dotti with 4 dressers, 2 tops and another dress on order. I spent over $400.00 😳 but well worth it. Thank you Anne ! as I definitely wouldn’t of left with what I did without you. I believe you will go far in the clothing industry.
