I visited your store recently and was quite disappointed with the service I received. The male retail associate was engaged in conversation with a friend at the counter for the entire time I was in the store and did not assist me. There was also no assistance offered in the change rooms — had someone helped me with sizing, I would have likely purchased additional items. Worst shopping experience. Not even poor customer service, just no customer service. Will NEVER shop there again.
