Amazing staff. A beautiful young lady helped me pick out the perfect clothes. Exactly what I needed. Very attentive and they have a variety of clothes!
Very disappointed with the customer service. Went to the store about 10 minutes before closing and the lady with the specs at the counter was very angry and she was showing disrespect to us as we came to the store to buy clothes when its about to close . But i think it is not good for the reputation of Dotti. Very poor customer service and i literally felt like speaking to the manager at that time but there was only that lady in the store. Very bad experience, spend lots of money there and could not even swap belts for a different size that l purchased not even 24hrs before. Refund policy stated tags etc was required but l was not there to refund but to exchange sizes. I was even asked to pay more to swap sizes because they were on buy 1 get 50% off even though l bought 2 belts full price. I visited your store recently and was quite disappointed with the service I received. The male retail associate was engaged in conversation with a friend at the counter for the entire time I was in the store and did not assist me. There was also no assistance offered in the change rooms — had someone helped me with sizing, I would have likely purchased additional items. Worst shopping experience. Not even poor customer service, just no customer service. Will NEVER shop there again.
