I recently went into the DFO store in my wheelchair and while staff at other DFO stores ignored me and spoke to the person with me even though I was purchasing the item. The amazing lady who served me collected the items out of my hands walked around the counter and processed the transaction, attempted to get the EFTPOS machine as close to me as possible, then walked back around the counter and gave me my items and receipt. She treated me like the customer and not the person with me
The staff member with purple hair and glasses has absolutely no grasp of customer service. My mum and I went to try on clothes, and my mum happened to leave the clothes hanging them on rack and it was two just two. Out of nowhere, this staff member approached us in a condescending tone that left us confused about what she was even trying to say.
