Have been here alot! Which has always been pretty smooth and friendly experience. Today the door wasn't closed or "down" i could walk in with easy and as it was 5 minutes until close of business.. that is open? The staff at Dotti DFO provided an unpleasant experience due to their rudeness. In contrast, staff members at other stores are consistently respectful. I will avoid shopping at Dotti DFO due to the poor service.0 stars from us.

I recently went into the DFO store in my wheelchair and while staff at other DFO stores ignored me and spoke to the person with me even though I was purchasing the item. The amazing lady who served me collected the items out of my hands walked around the counter and processed the transaction, attempted to get the EFTPOS machine as close to me as possible, then walked back around the counter and gave me my items and receipt. She treated me like the customer and not the person with me
