Charged my credit card without authorization and support was not helpful in cancelling. Had to file a credit card claim. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Beware of these scamsters. Dont leave your credit card information with them. They will charge your card for whatever charges they like somtimes in USD too and never gives you an explanation.

I've been a dot easy customer for several years. Never had a bad experience, but the new User Interface is just atrocious. All I want to do is find my DNS information and the new interface has made it exceptionally difficult. A new interface should be easy...but even the help support can't help. Doteasy is anything but easy. The only easy part is taking your funds
All these years later, I am still amazed at the efficiency of the operations and clarity of support service of this company. Web hosting, domain, web services, all well done.
