made order for 92.50 never received nothing,, i called swver times they always told me it would be shipped next week. thats been over 5 weeks now and NOTHING. i finely gave up and reported to anyoone that would listen. i was told its total scam . i don't understand how they can continue being on face book, or how the State attorney of Missouri does not close this SCAM
We ordered 4 outdoor cameras on December 22, 2025. We have been following up via email etc and to this day, January 28, 2026 - we have not received anything or any follow up but sadly our card was charged the cameras. Never again will we order from this company. The worst business ever. Stay away from this company no matter how enticing the prices / cost may seem. We are now hoping to get our money back by contacting our credit card company. ,
This company claims to ship within a couple of days. WRONG! I Ordered on 12/26/25 and as of today 1/28/26, still nothing only they have been overwhelmed. PLUS, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, THEY SIGNED ME UP FOR SOME DCP PERKS CHARGING ME $14.95 A MONTH. AND I HAVEN'T BEEN SUCCESSFUL AS YET IN CANCELLING.
I ordered a product over two months ago and while they took the money, I never received the product. Any product ordered online has to have a tracking number within 30 days. After over 70 days of the initial order, I finally remembered and called for a full refund. I wouldn’t order anything from this company.
