the people at dot com are very friendly and helpful and we have had no complaints about the internet service the only reason they did not get a 5 star rating from me is because of there business hours they are sometimes hard to catch in the office other then that our experience has been great
Great customer service, I received word on my Internet service faster than they had predicted. Highly recommended for anyone who needs an internet service provider
Being wth Dotcom it was always our computer that had the problem not dotcom. I told my husband one day as I got home " It will never get any better with them" Where do you want to go? No problem with another company and our computers.
