Ashley was to help me buy my ex husband out of our home. Had total confidence in her when I first met her. She was friendly and listened well. However, she became increasingly harder to get a hold of. I had to book online as a new client on a few occasions for a call back including leaving notes for a call at the office. Ashley was initially lovely to talk through and was very friendly and helpful. After we paid her, she completely ghosted us. We paid a significant sum of money for legal services and 6 months later I am still waiting for my documents. I have repeatedly emailed and reached out through other channels as well. Despite assurances that my documents are "on their way" I still have not received them. Communication is extremely poor when it happens at all.
