Since the change of management this place have become a joke of a place to work at. New. Management has no clue about the business or personal relations. Favoritism and nepotism plays a huge part in their decision making and individuals are targeted for no valid reasons.
Website advertises free shipping for orders over $99 but it kept charging me shipping. Tried to chat but no one answered for 20 minutes even though it said my wait time was 4 minutes and i was the only person in queue. Called customer service and they said they will call me after an hour and that was two weeks ago. Very poor experience here.
