I want to thank Chris for finding the right outdoor furniture for me
I bought a 2300 dollar parasol and it came broken took 3 weeks to replace it and when they came to replace it they left in on the floor and didn’t even set it up for me. I paid 150 for set up fee!! I would never recommend them to anyone.
I wish I got the associates name; the male associate there was so helpful. First we called in with a question and when we eventually got to the store, he went above and beyond to help. The store is beautiful inside and the inventory seems high quality.
The customer service at the Erin Mills location is over the top phenomenal. I had the pleasure to deal with Stefanos and Janice. They went over the top making me feel welcomed. Answered every one of my questions. Made sure my boys were comfortable and happy while there and were just generally amazing people to deal with. Dot erin mills team are the best people in the customer service , they are patience with us , they are good team work and all of them Dhara , Gezza , Stefano , laura were helping us to find the perfect items and set up inside my house with different brainstorming ideas and themes.
