I finally received my umbrella after waiting over 2 wks for someone to return my call after leaving a message on answering machine. They say they will get back to you in 1 - 2 business days, if that's the case I'd still be waiting for the phone call. They DO NOT LISTEN to their messages. I did have a grt experience with the young lady who works there. I know it's not their fault. Management needs to do better.
The girls are extremely helpful. The store is stunning. Definitely sending friends and family after the service we were given.
Terrible experience and customer service. Would not recommend this store, nor will I ever recommend anyone from purchasing from DOT. Purchased a Sunshine Lounger from this location approximately 1.5 months ago that was defective. I had called back and after a month and a half I am told a ‘new’ one is ready for pick up. Picked up my ‘new’ lounger after waiting almost two months and again, the lounger is used, marks everywhere, and still has the same defect.
