We have had great experiences at this DOT Furniture location. Recently, we started browsing different stores and websites for several pieces of outdoor furniture, but the best selection and quality by far has been here. The warm and friendly customer service has also been excellent. Cindy was helpful in showing us different collections and making great recommendations. Extremely bad service, we were never told that we will be requiring a drill to set up our sofa. We bought a really expensive sofa from this place and we live in downtown Toronto. So we really travelled far to get this and once it was delivered, we were trying to reach them for the assembly and everything and they were very irresponsible and they were not picking up the calls and they said that they will call back and everything, but they never called.
