We recently purchased a beautiful patio lounge set from DOT Furniture and had such a great experience from start to finish. The staff were fantastic ...knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we chose the set that would work best with our layout and space. A special thank you to Cindy and the team for going above and beyond. They made the entire process easy and ensured everything was handled with care. We absolutely love our new patio set and would definitely recommend DOT Furniture!

I had a terrible customer service experience with this company and the sales rep I used to buy an outdoor furniture set. I had done a lot of research to find the perfect set for my backyard and landed on this company given the great reviews. After spending $5000 on a set, one of the chairs came with a lot of scratches. I emailed the lady who I bought it from and sent photos of proof. I asked for an exchange for the same chair, one without damages. We had a wonderful experience at DOT. The showroom was clean, spacious, bright, and had a welcoming atmosphere with all the furniture from their catalogue on display. We looked everywhere for a good outdoor sectional, and our sales representative, Jules, was incredible. Even though she had only been working there for two weeks, she was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products.
