Bought a very expensive outdoor expandable table 10 years ago. This year we left the umbrella up on a very windy day in the fall. The umbrella damaged the table ripping up the hole in the middle of the table. We thought we would either have to replace the table top or the table. Dot patio repaired the table for a very reasonable price and the job was amazing, actually better than new.
Just stopped by with my boyfriend to check out some patio furniture for our new place. We found some great pieces. Huge thank you to Giordano for being so polite, well informed and helpful. I’ve never experienced such great, genuine customer service.
I wanted to write to you today to disclose 10 / 10 experience I had with Giordano Carabetta. I went to the store with my wife to check out some outdoor furniture and left with a wow experience. Giordano was amazing using kind words , gentle tone and respect to make me feel important. He used very accurate euphemism and gave me very good advise . clear guidance and amazing deals. I visited dot the other day (Vaughan location) with the hope of finding a round fire pit for the backyard. The young sales associate in the store saved me the time of looking because he knew the store’s inventory. He was kindly and welcomed me to look around.
