recently visited this store and had a great experience. Kiren was very knowledgeable about the products and gave excellent advice to help me choose the right one. She was friendly, professional, and truly customer-focused. I highly recommend this store, especially for those working in long-term care and hospital environments—not just for the outstanding service, but also for the quality and durability of the products.

I had an absolutely incredible experience shopping at the Dot Furniture Bramalea City Centre, largely thanks to Store Manager Rakesh. He wisely suggested the stunning Elloise reclining sectional, ottoman and nesting table for me.
