Couple of weeks before I was looking for an indoor sofa. Even though they didn’t have what I wanted, the manager BJ showed me some options they had in the store and let me know that they are expanding their indoor program and will be receiving many new options that will be arriving sooner than later. Best customer service experience.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for exceptional service!
I enjoyed the experience of shopping at Dot furniture in London. BJ, the manager was very helpful when co ordinating my patio furniture set up in my backyard..I would definitely recommend shopping here. One of the best customer service experience I've had so far.
