This was a pleasant surprise. Well laid out and stocked store. The surprise was that they had interior furniture, not just outdoor. And, that it was all very high quality. It was a well stocked store. The friendly clerk demonstrated these cool roll out bed couch conversions.
I have made two purchases from DOT in the past 4 years for my patio. Plus, I have stopped in many times when I am in Bracebridge. Each and every time the staff has been wonderful. Patient doing their best and beyond to provide me with what I'm looking for, really showing interest and care; never pushing. To me the manager, staff always exemplifies the best sales approach.
