My feelings are mixed. I’ve spent a good amount of my money here, and for the most part my experiences have been positive. Recently I purchased a bottle of juice based on a recommendation from one of the staff and it just did not taste right to me. I asked to have it exchanged for something of equal or lesser value and was told no. My partner bought her vape here so I thought I’d drop in to see if I could find a replacement for my box mod. The gal that helped me was super helpful and provided a few options I could go with. She was even willing to bargain on a mod with no tank. I ended up going with an option elsewhere, but I feel like this shop deserved a hi 5 for being super cool and helpful.
