Open sign with nobody inside. Honestly just weird
I bought a new tank that came with a cool red tip. They said they'd have coils for it in about a week. After a couple of days the red tip fell apart. When I brought it in, they gave me a replacment generic black tip and completely disregarded my complaint. I won't be coming back here. Awful customer service. Garbage store with very little to be desired. Edit to owners response: You only had 2 tanks in the case. That is the less to be desired part. I’m really frustrated with this shop currently. The communication is terrible. A lot of shops stopped carrying the juice that both my fiance and I use. A few months ago the owner of the shop offered to order me a few boxes and we could just continue that as long as needed. I thought, that’s great! In theory… The first order, everything went great. I am leaving 1 star because I really do like all the staff that work there BUT! BEWARE of the prices. I would recommend not buying your pods from here. They are ripping people off. For a pack of Vaporesso pods here is 28 and some change. At FatBoy Vapor, it is 18 and some change. The people that work at FatBoy said i was being ripped off. I didnt ask about other products and price checked them out but it is something to be aware of. Too bad. They definitely lost a customer.
