Purchased a disposable that ended up giving me issues once I had left the store, thankfully I called and asked the policy on that and Harry an employee, went out of his way and asked with his boss if I was able to come get a replacement. This place is killer. Perfect balance of helpfulness without badgering. I drive 15 minutes out of the way to go here because they’re so much better than the others. Travis usually helps me and he’s great, really knows his stuff as well.
Worst experience ever! We come in looking for an atomizer and you give us the wrong pack I opened one up not realizing it was wrong came back to fix the issue and u dont replace all of them are you serious!? You are terrible close down!
Tired of this place. Everyone inside is amazing but their time leaves much to be desired. As an example, showed up tonight at 7:35 pm, 25 minutes before they close and the lights were off and the door locked. This isn't the first time I've encountered this here. Either stay open or change your hours. After this I don't know if I'll come back, and I've been hitting up dotcom Exclusively for the last eight years. Gonna drive further now likely.
