I couldn’t love this store more if I tried! Beautiful range of gifts and homewares, there is something for everyone. Laura and her team are so helpful and always make me feel welcome Dot & Lu is my go to store for gifts!
As other people have mentioned, the product I received was damaged. It was also not in the original packaging. I tried to communicate this to Laura however they refused to refund or replace unless I returned the product at my own cost. Other shops have been much more accommodating and I found this shop to have poor customer service and be very misleading.
I recently went on holiday to Inverloch for parkrun tourism purposes (IYKYK 🙃) I spent some time wandering around the town and had a lovely time browsing in Dot & Lu and picked up a couple of souvenirs from our trip. It is such a beautiful, curated store, I could've spent ages in there and the staff were lovely. Also more recently I made an online order for some Christmas gifts which was well packed and sent quickly. Would definitely recommend a visit to this lovely shop.
