My mother and stepfather have had the absolute worst experience with this guy. He’s rude , unprofessional and aggressive. My mother misplaced the copies of their returns. So as any normal person does they ask for a new one. He refuses to send new copies and belittles my stepfather saying he doesn’t talk to his wife because he gave them to her.
