Military Move, they packed us a little over two weeks ago and while they were very nice people, we have a lot of stuff damaged. Especially the one thing we asked that they took extra care with. Our brand new smoker. They obviously put stuff on top of it when they took it to storage and it completely broke. We also have lots of damage to furniture structurally and while this stuff happens it shouldn't be this bad. Update: it's harder to find furniture they didn't damage with their careless wrapping of furniture at this point.... read more

Just had a crew come through and they were wonderful! Asked me specifically what I did and what I didn’t want packed. Took note of any high value items. Communication was great and handled everything with care. 🙂
