Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. If I could give them negative stars I WOULD. Multiple pick ups have been scheduled with Doss and lately every single one has been worse than the previous one. The "team" makes no effort in making sure same day pick ups will happen not even the Manager Travis. Instead of trying to be helpful he right off the bat offers to "pull the driver off". I call in the morning and make them aware of the fact that I need the material picked up the same day they say it'll be doable. I call back midday... read more
