Spent 6+ months trying to get what we were told was a “very simple” quit claim deed done and literally called this place twice a week for SIX MONTHS and never got a returned phone call. We were only trying to use them because they were the ones that helped us with our purchase initially and missed that a piece of land was not included. We called another law firm in the area and they were able to help us in 4 days (with NO record of the original sale in their files). I have never received anything by Exceptional Service from the Doss Team. Always willing to help with any questions or concerns and accommodate any scheduling needs of my clients. Patience is a must as they are a smaller Local Law Firm that has Served the area for a long....they show you respect, treat you as Family, go out of the way to accomodate and are a true pleasure to work with......
