I would like them to imagine having to condense a whole life into one room and be put somewhere family can't be there all the time to help. I'm sure even the great staff would be better. Aides would be happier with better management, not bullies, who bully them and residents. I HIGHLY suggest they re-staff..and I notice even vendors can not reach anyone at these facilities. Let me leave you with this..if you decide to have a family member here, get a camera... read more

If I could give it half a star I would..there are very few people who are pleasant to residents. They never comply with her dietary restrictions, nothing gets done. I made a complaint about said aide and he's still doing what he does. My mother is there because I can not give her the help she needs, and from what others have said their parents aren't either. They have screwed up her meds more than once, I contacted the primary care doctor and they sent in all of her orders, so they are being lazy..I am close to suing this pl... read more
Independent room are a disaster had to cleanu friends room myself no staff on weekends I would not put anyone here.
