Absolutely terrible experience. This tax agent seemed to have very little knowledge of basic tax filing requirements. As a student, I was surprised that he didn’t even ask about or mention the T2202 form, which is one of the most important documents for students filing taxes. The service felt rushed and careless, as if the only goal was to collect the fee rather than provide proper assistance.
