Couldn t find any information desk in arrivals to ask about busses and trains connection. And outside the airport I really didn t feel safe. Even though was a police patrol stationed, some strange persons were keep asking if I want to get in their car for an amount of money to transfer me where I need to. The police seemed not to see them. Was very strange 😊 hope I will never need to go to Dortmund airport
Passport control was a nightmare. The lights for the all passports and EU citizens were not working and no other signs to say the lines were different. Got turned away by the first border guard because he decided at that moment to just do EU passports, meaning the vast majority of the people on the flight, from a non EU and non Schengen country had to use 1 desk. I've had to register on the EES system multiple times now and this is by far the worst airport I've landed at since it being implemented
