Awesome school I learned a lot and I Glad I went
Dorsey started me on my culinary journey. I went to class & night & the Chefs were just as informative and were Culinary masters in their own right! I learned so many wonderful things, especially food safety. Made many wonderful dishes, made good friends & I would definitely recommend Dorsey for Culinary School!!!!! Thank you to all the Chefs!!!!
